Vibration-damping rubber plates can be used for vibration isolation of larger, heavy machine installations, e.g. machine tools, printing machines, textile machines, elevator winches and the like.
The rubber plates can be laid in layers to achieve better damping.
Vibration-damping rubber plate RG is molded from a neoprene rubber with a hardness of 50º IRH and is resistant to oil. The RG rubber plate is mainly used for insulation against vibrations from 40 – 50 Hz and upwards, i.e. in the audible frequency range.
The RG25 anti-vibration plate is made of elastomeric material. The longitudinal holes increase the compression/deflection provided and improve vibration absorption.
MF vibration-damping rubber plate is produced in two versions – both with a rubber hardness of 45º IRH. One version of the rubber plate is available with transverse air channels, the other version is solid.
